Elias J. Hayek -- President, CCME
Vice President, Legal, EAME Division Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
Elias
Hayek joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2000. He
currently serves as Vice President, Legal for the Europe, Middle East
and Africa division, based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, Elias is
responsible for overseeing all regional legal issues for Starwood in
the Middle East and Africa, including managing all the legal issues for
the operating hotels in these regions, handling hotel development and
acquisition transactions, and advising the corporate management and
hotel management in day to day operations. Elias is fluent in
English, Arabic and French.

Mona Ashour Madi - Board Member, CCME

Mona Madi is General Counsel for Unilever Arabia. Unilever is
an FMCG multinational company with over 400 brands in home &
personal care, foods and beverages, including such well-known
brands as Dove, Vaseline, Lipton, Axe, Lux, Sunsilk and Knorr.
Prior to joining Unilever, she was a senior lawyer with the law
firm of Al Tamimi & Company, the largest local non-affiliated
law firm in the UAE, where her areas of practice
included corporate/commercial law, intellectual property, IT and
media. |

Anneliese Reinhold -- Board Member, CCME

Before
joining du in 2005, Anneliese was Group General Counsel for Qatar Telecom
(Qtel), having relocated from London where she was a partner in the specialist
telecoms law firm, Kemp Little LLP. Her 20+ year career has encompassed a wide
variety of both in-house and private practice roles.
Anneliese holds degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She
has written and spoken on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues
on a regular basis in both Europe and the Middle East. Anneliese
was the recipient of the 'Best In-House Counsel Telecoms/Media/It
Sector Award' at the inaugural Dubai Corporate Counsel Group Awards in
2008.

Mike
Rasmuson joined
Baker Hughes in London in January 2002 and currently holds the position
of Vice
President Legal - Eastern Hemisphere. His responsibilities are to
provide and
manage the general legal support function throughout the Eastern
Hemisphere. Mike has more than 15 years of legal practice
experience and has worked as an
oil and gas lawyer for law firms in Canada and the UK before joiningBaker
Hughes. Prior to his current appointment as Vice President Legal - Eastern
Hemisphere, he held several positions in the Eastern Hemisphere legal group and
was responsible for several different regions. Mike is a member of The Law
Society of England and Wales and The Law Society of Alberta.

Irene Zaki -- Vice

Irene is legal counsel at
Zabeel Investments since 2010. Prior to that, Irene held various
positions at regional corporations in the insurance and property
industries. Irene holds a Juris Doctorate from the American
University, Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts
University. She is fluent in English and Arabic.

Franklin Breckenridge -- Group

Franklin E. Breckenridge, Jr., J.D., M.B.A. received a Doctor of
Jurisprudence, attaining the distinction, cum laude, from Indiana
University School of Law-Indianapolis. Mr. Breckenridge has a Masters
in Business Administration from Indiana University Kelley School of
Business and Bachelor of Arts degree with a major area of concentration
in Spanish Language from Wabash College. Mr. Breckenridge is fluent in
Spanish.
Mr. Breckenridge is a former law clerk to the Honorable Justice Frank
Sullivan, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Indiana. He has held positions in
the private practice of law, government, and private industry,
including having been Assistant Project Director and lawyer for the
Indianapolis Airport Authority's one billion dollar new airport
project.
Mr. Breckenridge is currently a member of the Contracts Department, Parsons MENA.
